We offer limited boarding at our home location where your dog will have supervision overnight and on weekends. They will play and relax in the living room with our family, then retire to a private room to sleep. Dogs can be crated or sleep on a choice of dog beds without a crate. Spaces are limited and fill up fast, so booking in advance

How We Started
We always had a love for animals but when Covid hit in 2020 it was a wake up call to do something more in life. After fostering small dogs and cats for that year, Rover became a great business opportunity to do from home. And it didn't take long to realize many pet parents were in need of socialization for their dogs. And Friends for Fido was born!
Moving the daycare portion of our business to a facility in Hiram gave us the chance to offer our community a quality service to help more dogs get a chance to socialize and make friends. And as we like to say...Life is Better with Friends And we mean that! Let's get your dog some friends!

At Friends For Fido, our mission is to deliver the best daycare experience for each of our furry friends so they can feel confident and cared for while they make new friends. We believe that every dog deserves a chance to socialize with other dogs under the watchful eyes of the trained humans around them. We carefully designed our space to allow several small groups of dogs to play together rather than one large room with lots of dogs going crazy. We want this space to feel more like a cozy home with quiet nooks and resting spots as well as play areas where the zoomies can happen. We feel this better serves the needs of many of our doggy friends who may be overwhelmed by too much stimulation. It also gives us humans a chance to spend more time with each individual dog to make sure they are enjoying their experience and making new friends.
